About Us Sioux City Inspection and Weighing Service Agency is a federally licensed grain inspection company with over 30 years of experience and locations across three states. We are expanding our team and looking for reliable individuals to train as Licensed Grain Technicians. Job Summary Grain Technicians work onsite at grain elevators, performing quality testing on grain while trains are being loaded. This position is essential to ensuring our customers receive accurate, timely information about the quality of their product. What We Offer No prior experience required Full, paid training provided Flexible, contract-based scheduling Work that varies by train loading schedules Schedule Hours depend on train loading times Day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts may be required Some shifts may extend up to 16+ hours, based on needs and your availability Location Based out of our Bondurant, IA office, primarily in the Hardin county/Franklin county area Work performed at grain elevators throughout the surrounding territory Training takes place in Bondurant and can be adjusted for flexible schedules Who We're Looking For Reliable, detail‑oriented individuals Able to work variable and sometimes extended hours Comfortable working in an onsite industrial environment Willing to learn and follow federal grain inspection standards
