Job Description

Job Details Basic Job Functions:
+ Properly follow company and OSHA safety procedures. + Monitor, clean, and inspect plant production equipment to ensure proper operation. + Perform regular walkthroughs and visual inspection (look for clogs, jams, etc.) to the process during operation. + Perform regular visual inspections of all product streams, i.e., waste and metals to minimize losses and maximize product quality. + Communicate with QA to ensure products are meeting the required quality standards. + Adjust equipment as needed to meet requirements. + Report any issues with equipment and/or process to supervisor as soon as they are found. + Operate mobile equipment including forklift and skid loader. + Keep area and walkways clean and organized, free of debris and obstacles. + All other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Experience in an industrial/outdoor work environment. + Minimum (1 year) working around manufacturing equipment environment. + Demonstrated ability to work safely at all times and with a safe sense of urgency. + Ability to operate equipment under varying work conditions. + Ability to work with others in a team environment. + Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency. + Ability to work flexible hours to include overtime and weekends as needed. + Schedule is Mon-Fri 6:00am- 5:00pm.
