DESCRIPTION
Perform visual inspections of Underground Storage Tank (UST) Systems and Fuel Pumps at major convenience store chains, in accordance with Federal, State, and other applicable UST Regulations, as well as within client requirements. Represent and promote MVI Field Services in a courteous and cordial manner, building client confidence and maximum efficiency for the business. Extremely flexible position with autonomy. NO previous experience is required, all inspectors will be properly trained.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Ability to drive and maintain company service truck. This includes a clean driving record and the ability to store a company vehicle at your homeAbility to travel 1-2 nights each month (company absorbs expenses)Be in possession of a valid U.S. drivers licenseComplete Class A/B Operator training and certificationRemain current on State and Federal
EPA USTS
requirementsInspect Underground Storage Tank Systems (USTS) and fuel facilities for compliance with UST regulatory requirementsReplace components and parts such as decals, gaskets, riser caps and manway covers, etc.

Maintain company vehicles and equipment in good operating condition, including having vehicle serviced for preventative maintenanceKeep abreast of changes to equipment manufactures specifications and State UST RegulationsDevelop a working knowledge of client Underground Storage Tank Systems (USTS) componentsResponsible for following company expense policy and submitting all itemized receipts for expenses by the 7th of each monthSubmit all reports timely and accurately, including monthly schedules and expenses in the appropriate software systemsAbility to meet with clients and state regulators
MARGINAL FUNCTIONS
Ability to understand and follow instructions in EnglishAbility to lift up to 70 poundsMust be able to kneel, stand, lean, bend and/or sit while workingBasic computer skills, and ability to navigate applications on Smart PhonesMust be able and willing to work in an outdoor environment.

EXPECTATIONS
