What You'll Do as a Pre-Op Inspection•
Utility Relief:
Perform post-clean inspections of equipment and production areasDocument sanitation inspection results accurately and completelyAssist with transporting sheet pans, equipment, and production materials throughout the facilityOperate trash compactors and cardboard balers to maintain a clean work environmentOperate forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and stackers as neededFollow HACCP plans, GMPs, food safety standards, and company safety policiesSupportGFSI/FSSC22000
audit activities and corrective action processes What You Need to Bring to the Pre-Op Inspection•Utility Relief Role:
