We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Solar Field Laborer to assist with the maintenance and management of our customers' solar field operations. - Assist in the daily land and vegetation management of solar field sites.
- Support land management activities, including vegetation control, road work and site inspections.
- Help with the installation and removal of solar equipment as needed.
- Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on solar infrastructure.
- Collaborate with senior team members to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Participate in training programs to develop skills and knowledge related to solar energy production and land management.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and report any issues to supervisors.
Qualifications:
- 1 year experience in land management, lawncare or relevant construction service a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework or experience in environmental science, agriculture, or renewable energy is a plus.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop skills in solar field operations.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Basic understanding of safety practices in a construction or industrial setting.
