Description Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily land and vegetation management of solar field sites.
• Support land management activities, including vegetation control, road work and site inspections.
• Help with the installation and removal of solar equipment as needed.
• Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on solar infrastructure.
• Collaborate with senior team members to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Participate in training programs to develop skills and knowledge related to solar energy production and land management.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and report any issues to supervisors.

Qualifications:

• 1 year experience in land management, lawncare or relevant construction service a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework or experience in environmental science, agriculture, or renewable energy is a plus.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop skills in solar field operations.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Basic understanding of safety practices in a construction or industrial setting.
