Job Summary The General Field Labor position at Dole Food Company involves a range of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the company's production facilities. Here are the key responsibilities and requirements for this role: Responsibilities Perform field duties such as weeding and gathering plant material. Select and harvest ripe produce, such as pineapples, Bananas, etc... Receive thorough training to ensure success in the role, no prior experience necessary. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. All positions are paid roles that support your growth Requirements Ability to perform physical field duties, including weeding, gathering plant material, and harvesting produce. Ability to follow safety protocols diligently and work well within a team environment Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor outdoors in varying weather conditions are essential We value energetic individuals eager to learn new skills and contribute to the team

Pay:

$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
