A background in forestry, arboriculture or a related field is beneficial but not required. Personnel are expected to perform herbicide applications along right-of-ways and road sides. Operators will plan, direct, and coordinate application efforts, and interface with other personnel and customers. Requirements Excellent communication skills. Ability to work in inclement weather. Ability to interpret and follow maps. Ability to use a laptop and handheld computers. Valid Driver License with a clean driving record is required. The ability to work independently for long hours and out of town with extended overnight travel. Vegetation management experience, tree knowledge and ID skills a Plus.
