Job Description
Position Title:

Seasonal, Hourly (Non-Exempt)Pay:
$21.50- $22.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Communicate, read, and write effectively. Proficient Microsoft Office. Demonstrated ability of attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to follow procedures. Verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work independently and within the team. Must be able to work any shift and up to six (6) days per week during the Harvest Season (mid-July through early October).Preferred Qualifications:
Have one or more years of college experience. Have a strong background in science (preferably chemistry).Physical Requirements:
Frequent, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; moderate stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling; and occasional fine finger dexterity. Generally, the job requires the following percentages of time committed to physical activity: 25% or more sitting, 25% or less walking, and 75% or more standing. The job is performed under rare temperature variations and limited office environment. Unrestricted visual and audio abilities are required for the safety of all employees. The ability to lift 30 lbs. is required.Wellbeing:
