Job Description

As an Annex Operator at Military Clothing & Sales, you'll be responsible for helping our service members get the uniforms they need. You'll need to have attention to detail and be a quick learner. With your expert knowledge, customers will be able to shop with confidence- knowing that you will be able to assist with sizing, finding pins, and anything else they will need. You'll remain up to date with any policy changes. Most importantly, you'll keep customers coming back with a positive attitude. Greet every customer with eye contact and smile in your authentic way Acknowledge every waiting customer as soon as they arrive to Military Clothing & Sales to let them know you'll be right with them Complete transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers in appropriate conversation Help customers by listening to them and ensuring they are provided the correct merchandise We know that you can work anywhere. Additional Qualifications/Requirements:
Knowledge of military rank/insignias preferred Maintain program compliance in all aspects of recordkeeping, inventory, storage/display, sales including opening and closing of facility. Willing to cross-train and work in other areas of the store, as needed Must possess a welcoming and helpful attitude toward customers and other team members Cash handling experience preferred Excellent communication skills Basic computer skills Retail experience preferred
Required:
Access to the military installation (Real ID•, Passport, Military ID, CAC, Etc.)
