Player Assistance / Outside Services Garden of the Gods Resort and Club

THIS IS NOT A BEVERAGE CART ATTENDANT POSITION.
Essential Functions:
Provide services to members/guests patronizing the golf course to include, but not limited to, loading, and unloading golf bags onto golf carts, and cleaning golf clubs before and after play. Provide additional service but not limited to, including cleaning and detailing golf carts, staging golf carts, assisting in the maintenance of the practice facility, maintaining rental club inventory, and overnight bag storage. Deliver service standards and department-specific signature touch points. Establish cross-departmental channels of communication among teammates that are consistent and complete.Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
Be informed on, promote club activities, and services Cleaning and prepping golf carts for daily use Staging golf carts Assist in general cart fleet maintenance Assist in the daily setup and overall experience of the driving range Setting up and breaking down- driving range stations Picking and cleaning golf balls
- driving range Must be proactive in anticipating member/guests needs Effectively communicate all pertinent information amongst team members and supervisory staff Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task Must be highly service focused with a desire to engage with members & guests Demonstrate initiative and accountability Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where continuous improvement is expected Must be able to consistently achieve high work standards; attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness a must Responsible for compliance requirements (breaks, time clock punches, uniform standards, etc.

Minimum Knowledge & Skills:
Writing- Communicating effectively in writing as applicable Basic Computer Skills

Formal Education and Job-Related Experience:
Minimum Education Requirement:
High School Diploma or in progress of accomplishing License, Registration, and/orCertification Required:
