Kidsteps early intervention program is seeking an outstanding Developmental Therapy Associate to ensure the development and implementation of activities that are family-centered and promote positive outcomes! New Britain area Responsibilities of our Developmental Therapy Associate will include: Under supervision, assessing children and families and assisting with and planning, developing, implementing, and reviewing curriculums and IFSP's that will meet the individual developmental needs of young children and their families. Complying with all applicable federal and state laws, regulations, guidelines, and best practices providing state contracted early intervention services. Performing functions of service coordinator including ensuring that Early Intervention services achieve desired outcomes for families and children served and meet the standards as established by the state's quality assurance team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Child Development, Early Intervention or related field required. Experience in children and family services with a focus on early intervention preferred. Must have a valid United States driver's license with an acceptable driving history.
