The Ten Mile Urgent Care clinic is now hiring for a motivated and adaptable part-time Medical Assistant for the evening shift ! Position Summary & Highlights This position will work at our Ten Mile Urgent Care clinic next to the Ambulatory Surgery Center! This position will work with a variety of providers and other MAs and RNs in a fast-paced care team environment. Open daily with limited wait times, urgent care provides convenient and cost-effective treatment for conditions that are non-life-threatening. Please make sure you meet the Minimum Requirements below before applying.- CNA work experience does not qualify applicants for the MA position. See Minimum Requirements below for details.
What You Will Do:
In addition to primary MA duties, you will also perform phlebotomy, administer immunizations, and prep injections. You will assist with minor procedures, complete POC and other tests, and also complete tasks and orders in the task inbox. An ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, is adaptable and dependable. You also like working in a strong team environment, have effective communication skills, and have solid critical thinking skillsWork Schedule :
27 hours/week, 3- 9s, evening shift
- 1:45pm
- 11:15pm. Current work schedule is the following: Week 1
- Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays; Week 2
- Monday, Tuesdays, Saturdays The work schedule is subject to change due to the unique scheduling needs of this urgent care location.
