License Medical License Full Job Description PRN medical position at a 125-bed facility in Springfield, Illinois, with shifts Monday-Thursday nights (5 pm-8 am) and weekends (Friday 5:30 pm-Monday 8 am). Provides evaluation for admission, initial diagnosis, history, physical exams, and develops treatment plans. Orders labs, cares for adult inpatients, documents findings, and responds to emergencies, including employee injuries and resident crises. Makes referrals to hospitals and reviews restraint/seclusion orders. On-call duties include assessing restraints, responding to falls/emergencies, and assisting with patient admissions and transfers. Provider is on-site during shifts with furnished call room facilities. Qualifications include a current Illinois license, Controlled Substance and DEA certificates, recent negative Mantoux test, and board eligibility or certification. Pay ranges from $1,100 to $1,125 per day with a flexible schedule.Benefits
