GED Full Job Description Summary :
The Amusements Team Lead is responsible for assisting with the daily operations of Carousel Gardens and Storyland. The primary role of the position is to facilitate a safe and pleasant experience for all guests who come to the park.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Other duties may be assigned Serve as guest first point of contact for the Amusement Park/Storyland Respond to customer concerns and provide excellent customer service during all interactions. Ensure all rides are properly and adequately staffed. Ensure a safe experience for all guests. Open and/or close the facility as required by the schedule. Monitor and ensure satisfactory conditions and cleanliness of the entire facility. Monitor condition and level of inventory and equipment. Ensure that all labor and safety guidelines are being adhered to, during park operation. Responding to,facilitatingand/orassistingwith park safety incidents as a representative of management. Ensure that all staffare followingpolicies and procedures. Fill in asrideoperator when necessary. Assistwith the setup, operation, and breakdown ofspecial eventsand seasonal activities within the AttractionsDepartment. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Education Requirements High school/ GED with three years' experience in customer service

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Working weekends, some evenings, and holidays is mandatory. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, chemicals such as cleaning liquids, outside weather conditions, and extreme heat. The employee is frequently exposed to extreme cold, vibration, wet and/or humid conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually normal for an outdoor environment, with occasional elevated levels of sound during special events.
