The Opportunity:

The Property Manager is responsible for the storage and accountability of government assets. This role requires a strong understanding of inventory management systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and GCSS-ARMY.The Property Manager will develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Will manage sensitive/classified item inventory to ensure compliance with the GFE Turn-in process

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the storage and accountability of 5,200 government assets.

• Utilizes ASTS and is familiar with similar inventory management software.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of the GFE Turn-in process.

• Develops, maintains, and collaborates on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Manages sensitive/classified item inventory.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or a related field.
• Certification in inventory management or other related certifications is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent sitting, standing, and bending.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills.

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
