  • Hybrid ServiceNow specific requirements: 2+ years of experience in ServiceNow CMDB Expertise with hierarchy of CMDB tables in ServiceNow Understanding of CSDM and Service Mapping Knowledge of CMDB, ITOM and ITAM best practices Familiarity with ServiceNow update sets Familiarity with Flow Designer, ServiceNow business rules.
Familiarity with:
Python Power shell Bash Packaging tools (Ansible, Habitat preferred) Deployment pipelines (Terraform preferred) GitHub Cloud Technologies (Google Cloud Platform Preferred)
Skills Required:
JavaScript, API, REST APIs Skills Preferred:
