Apartment Make Ready Technician

! Job Description We are looking for a skilled Make Ready Technician to efficiently prepare apartment units for new residents across properties and other communities in the Kansas City metro area. This role involves performing unit turns with attention to detail, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality. Responsibilities + Perform full unit turns to prepare apartments for new move-ins. + Complete repairs including drywall, painting, basic plumbing, and light electrical work. + Ensure units meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. + Replace fixtures, appliances, and hardware as needed. + Conduct inspections and identify needed repairs. + Travel between multiple properties in the KC metro area as required. + Maintain tools, supplies, and a clean work environment. Essential Skills + Prior experience in apartment maintenance or make-ready work required. + Working knowledge of basic maintenance skills including painting, plumbing, and electrical. + Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. + Strong attention to detail and quality. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. + Valid driver's license preferred. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Strong knowledge of general maintenance and repair work. + Ability to manage time and complete projects independently. + Detail-oriented with a focus on quality work. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.00
