Workplace Experience Ambassador Job Description The Workplace Experience Ambassador is responsible for ensuring building spaces are set up and maintained to enhance the experience of all parties. This role requires interaction with a variety of teams and focuses on providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external visitors. Manage all front-of-house services and appropriately direct incoming queries. Plan and assist with the physical setup of events and meeting spaces, including furniture, signage, and equipment. Support other facilities team services as required. Manage printer room and breakroom restocks. Identify areas of focus and escalate needs to the FM team. Engage with occupants to ensure business operation satisfaction. Actively monitor café spaces during peak hours. Share responsibilities with other team members, primarily front desk support. Perform any additional tasks as assigned. Essential Skills Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to communicate confidently and effectively, both written and verbal. Self-motivated with a confident and energetic attitude. Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and act as an ambassador of the team. Detail-oriented and organized. Proficiency in PC and managing daily activities using various platforms. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Additional Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Experience in reception, concierge, or a related field. Catering or hospitality experience preferred. Work Environment The position is located in Kansas City, MO, with negotiable shifts from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Parking is free onsite. The role may involve at least one virtual and possibly one onsite interview. The workplace is dynamic, requiring an individual capable of being the eyes and ears on the floor to identify and escalate concerns to the facilities management team before they become client issues. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Kansas City, MO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $32.00/hr.
