Job Description

Position Summary As a Teacher, you will provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment where children can grow spiritually, socially, emotionally, physically, and academically. You will model Christian values through your words and actions while partnering with families to support each child's development. Responsibilities Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities. Foster a loving, Christ-centered classroom environment. Ensure the safety and well-being of every child. Encourage positive behavior through patience, kindness, and respect. Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom. Follow all state licensing regulations and center policies. Work collaboratively with fellow staff members to support the heart of the center. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required . Previous experience working with young children is preferred. A personal commitment to Christian values and the mission of our childcare center. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to pass required background checks and meet state licensing requirements. CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). We Offer A supportive, faith-filled work environment.
