Distribution Technician 1 Designs for Health - 3.8 Henderson, NV Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Description Position Overview Responsible for accurately picking, scanning, fulfilling and packing Designs for Health (DFH) Distribution Center orders. Responsible for peeling and/or applying labels to DFH bottles, bars, kits and sealing with a neck band seal if needed. Essential Job Duties Follow all Distribution SOP's and training Pick and scan orders using hand held scanners Pack orders Select appropriate box size to pack order in an organized manner protecting product from potential shipping damage. Peeling labels from product as needed for DFH or Private Label orders Neatly centering and affixing new DFH or Private Label customer label to bottle, bar or kit Sealing product with a neck band or full body sleeve if needed. Seal using a hand sealer or heat tunnel. Account for excess labels by following Label Disposal or Label Storage SOP's Assist in inventory counts Clean and organize Distribution Center Follows GMP standards, SOP's, Food Safety Standards as well as workplace safety standards. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Prior manufacturing experience preferred Competencies Computer literate preferred Ability to read and write English Ability to follow instructions Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Attention to Detail Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This is predominantly a highly active in movement role. The job would also require the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
