This is a hands-on leadership position . The Team Lead will work alongside the crew while taking responsibility for keeping the job organized, ensuring items are properly inventoried and documented, and making sure the crew stays productive throughout the day.
Responsibilities Include:
Lead and oversee a packout/packback crew on job sites Inventory and document homeowners' contents accurately Ensure items are properly photographed, labeled, wrapped, packed, and protected Assign tasks and keep crew members productive Load and unload contents safely Maintain organization of contents from the home to storage and back Perform packbacks and return contents to the proper rooms/locations Ensure job-site paperwork and documentation are completed correctly Communicate job-site issues to the Project Manager Maintain a professional attitude when working inside customers' homes Help train and hold crew members accountable to company standards Keep company vehicles, equipment, and work areas clean and organized
What We're Looking For:
Previous moving, packout, restoration, warehouse, or contents experience preferred Leadership or crew lead experience preferred Strong attention to detail Ability to accurately inventory and track contents Reliable and punctual Comfortable leading a crew while also performing physical work Good communication and customer service skills Ability to lift and move furniture, boxes, and household contents Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred This position is ideal for someone who is a strong worker but is also ready to take responsibility for a crew and the quality of the job. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can keep a team moving, and understands that organization, documentation, and accountability are just as important as getting the physical work done.
