Job Description
Our company manages residential properties from single family homes to multi-family apartment buildings throughout Cuyahoga County. We are looking for a CLEANER. This is a versatile position that has many responsibilities that includes:
- Clean rental units during turnovers
- Clean common spaces of apartment buildings
- Conduct basic inspections
- Wait at properties for utility turn-ons
- Must have their own tools and vehicle
- Pay trip fees on some jobs
- This would be a 1099 position but we can provide steady hours; Paid every Friday Come join our team!
