Rental and Props Manager The Red Twig Hudson, OH Job Details Part-time $15 - $18 an hour 16 hours ago Qualifications Packing Attention to detail Ability to follow instructions Warehouse experience Picking & packing Full Job Description Job Summary The Red Twig is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Props & Inventory Manager to oversee our event rental and hardgoods inventory. This individual works directly from event orders to pull, clean, and pack the correct rental items for each upcoming event, then organizes them so our on-site setup team can execute designs quickly and accurately. This is not a supervisory role — the Props & Inventory Manager does not manage staff and is not part of the setup team, but works independently to keep inventory organized, accurate, and ready to go for every event. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to break into the events industry, with room to grow as you learn our product line, design styles, and event process. Responsibilities Review event orders and pull the correct type and quantity of rental items — including glass cylinders, compotes, hurricanes, candlesticks, arches, chuppahs, and other event hardgoods — needed for each event Clean and polish all rentals prior to packing so every item arrives event-ready Pack rentals into labeled boxes, clearly marking the event name, item quantity, and design style for easy identification by the setup team Load completed, labeled boxes onto racks designated for each specific event Check in rentals as they return from events, inspecting each item for damage and cleanliness Return all items to their properly labeled location within the inventory space Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient inventory area at all times Flag inventory shortages, damage, or discrepancies to the team in a timely manner Requirements Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and follow-through Professional attitude and a reliable, consistent work ethic Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision Ability to read and accurately follow written event orders and packing instructions Prior experience in events, warehouse, or inventory settings is a plus but not required
Schedule & Pay Part-time:
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 9:00 AM-3:00 PM (Flexible)
Pay:
$15-$18 per hour, based on skillset and experience
Pay:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
