POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a driven clinician with passion for helping children live life to the fullest. As a clinic-based BCBA, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of children while providing direct on-site support to RBTs. Treatment is compassionate, child led and naturalistic. A rewarding part of your role will be collaboration with your fellow teammates! Our clinics are comprised of board-certified behavior analysts, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech language pathologists. This allows you the opportunity to work together to drive patient success. As a clinic director, you will work alongside the regional director and clinic directors of other Ivy locations for optimal personal leadership growth.

Develop exceptional plan of care Code for services while adhering to compliance standards Document appropriately and efficiently Communicate effectively with patients, families, colleagues, other healthcare professionals Maintain a safe clinic environment Drive the success of the clinic Create a positive work environment
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Graduate from an accredited BCBA Program Proof of current or pending state licensure / certification in respective state (with completion of 8-hour supervision training) Preferred 1 year+ of experience working with children Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude Self-motivated with the willingness to exceed expectations, learn and grow Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and bedside manner Outstanding time management and ability to multi-task New graduates are welcome to apply!
