Cannabis Trimmer — Entry Level

We are currently hiring entry-level Cannabis Trimmers who are motivated, reliable, and ready to learn. No trimming experience is required. We are looking for individuals who work hard, build momentum, and can develop speed while maintaining accuracy and quality in a production environment. If you have a strong work ethic and are eager to learn a valuable skill in the cannabis industry, we want to meet you. Responsibilities Learn proper cannabis trimming techniques using precision tools Hand-trim cannabis flower after the drying and curing process Separate buds, trim, and stems according to facility standards Assist with harvest-related tasks including denugging, harvest room breakdown, trimming, and sanitation Maintain a clean workstation and follow all OMMA compliance guidelines Continuously improve speed and efficiency while maintaining quality standards What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to build speed over time while maintaining attention to detail Positive attitude and reliability Ability to stay focused during repetitive tasks Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment Team player who can also work independently Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Requirements Active OMMA Employee Credential required Must be 18 years or older Valid state-issued ID Reliable transportation Ability to sit for extended periods and perform repetitive hand movements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Growth Opportunity We are looking for individuals who want to improve and grow their production speed over time.
