Job Description

Pizzaiolo•Grana Pizza NapoletanaGrana is a contemporary Neapolitan pizzeria on East Burnside, rooted in tradition and recognized in 50 Top Pizza USA in both 2024 and 2025. We work with a 72-hour fermented dough, ingredients imported from Italy, and a wood-fired oven at the center of the kitchen. Every pie is hand-stretched and baked in 60 to 90 seconds. We hold our kitchen to a high standard and take real pride in the craft.

We are hiring a part-time pizzaiolo to join us Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Compensation & Benefits$20 per hour, plus a share of the tip pool (60/40 split) on Wednesday and Thursday servicePTO eligible after 90 days

Service•12:00 PM 9:00 PMResponsibilitiesMixing, fermenting, and balling doughPreparing sauce, cheese, and toppings; maintaining mise en place throughout the weekWalk-in organization, product rotation, and contributing to par lists and orderingHand-stretching, topping, and baking pizzas during serviceOperating and managing the wood-fired oven, including fire managementCoordinating with front-of-house staff throughout serviceMaintaining a clean, organized station and completing nightly breakdownQualificationsDemonstrated experience as a Neapolitan pizzaiolo; candidates with extensive wood-fired oven experience will be prioritizedSpeed, consistency, and strong attention to detail under volumeClear, professional communicationReliable attendanceConversational Spanish is a plusTo ApplyPlease submit a brief work history outlining previous restaurants, ovens operated, and years of Neapolitan pizza experience.
