Full-Time or Part-Time About Us The Hinnants ReFoundation Impact LLC is opening a Behavioral Health Supervised Living Program serving young adults ages 18-21. Our mission is to provide a safe, structured, and supportive environment that promotes recovery, independence, life skills, and successful transition into adulthood. Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and motivated Qualified Professional (QP) to provide clinical oversight and support for our supervised living program. The QP will work closely with residents, direct care staff, families, and community providers to ensure high-quality, person-centered services. Responsibilities Complete assessments and person-centered plans. Provide clinical supervision and guidance to direct care staff. Monitor resident progress and documentation. Coordinate care with therapists, psychiatrists, care managers, and other providers. Ensure compliance with North Carolina behavioral health regulations and Medicaid requirements. Participate in admissions, discharges, and treatment planning. Assist with quality assurance and program development. Qualifications Must meet North Carolina Qualified Professional (QP) requirements. Experience working with individuals with mental health needs is preferred. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
