P ALLETIZER

Automation Personnel Services is seeking an experienced P alletizer for a food manufacturing facility in Chattanooga, TN. In this role, you will wrap all pallets coming from production area. This position will also be considered for machine operating duties in the production process. This is a great full-time temporary to hire opportunity. Pay rate $16.50 per hour Shifts and Schedules (weekly average of 32-38 hours) Monday-Friday 1st shift: 7:00am-3:30pm 2nd shift: 3:00pm-11:30pm Palletizer Duties and Responsibilities Stack boxes onto pallets in proper formation. Replace tape as needed in tape machine. Ensure that boxes are not stuck in the case sealer when traveling through the conveyor. Ensure that all code dates on boxes are facing the outside and in view. Make sure cases are printed with proper format/SKU. Make sure boxes are not damaged and cases are full. Palletizer Skills and Qualifications Signoff and understand all GMP standards Lift up to 45lbs maximum (in office assessment will be conducted) Work in hot environments and lots or walking Prior production or food experience is a plus Background check and drug screen required Excellent Customer Benefits upon hire 5 personal days per year 6 paid Holidays per year Vacation Pay prorated based on hire date 401(k) retirement plan Medical, dental, and vision insurance after 90 days.
