Property Inspector Happy Homes of Texas San Angelo, TX Job Details Part-time $10 - $12 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Paid training Qualifications Preventive maintenance Communication platforms Driver's License Attention to detail Mobile devices Full Job Description Overview The Property Inspector is responsible for verifying that properties meet company standards for cleanliness, presentation, and readiness prior to guest or tenant arrival. This role serves as the final quality checkpoint between the cleaning team and the customer. Duties Complete post-clean inspections using the company checklist and photo documentation Verify linens, staging, amenities, and consumable stock levels are correct and restocked Identify and report maintenance issues, damage, or missing inventory Confirm door codes, locks, thermostats, and smart devices are functioning Communicate deficiencies to the cleaning team and management same-day Perform occasional touch-up cleaning when minor issues are found Assist with periodic deep-clean and preventative maintenance audits (filters, batteries, safety devices) Qualifications Strong attention to detail and reliable follow-through Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Comfortable using a smartphone for checklists, photos, and messaging apps Able to lift up to 30 lbs, stand, bend, and climb stairs Prior cleaning, hospitality, or property management experience preferred Flexible availability, including weekends and turnover days

$10.00 - $12.00 per hour
