[Springfield, VA] RBT: 20-Hour Case

Job Description RBT Retention Bonus:

$1000 ($500 at 3 months and $500 at 6 months with proof of active RBT certification)

Pay:

$26.00•$32.00/hour (Based on RBT status and experience)

Monday•Friday, 4:00•8:00 PM (20 Hours)

Professional Growth:

Responsibilities You will work 1:1 in a Springfield home, implementing individualized behavior plans and skill acquisition programs. Because this is a brand-new case, you will have the unique opportunity to build rapport and set the clinical foundation from day one with heavy support from our leadership team. Skills & Qualifications Who You Are Experienced :

MUST have at least 1 year of professional ABA experience.

Local:

Ideally, living in or near Springfield to keep your evening commute short.

Certified:

RBT certification is highly preferred, but we will train the right candidate who has a passion for the field.

Logistics:

Must have a willingness to complete a background check, valid driver's license, reliable transportation and a high school diploma or GED.
