Full Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
COMMON JOB DUTIES
Abide by all environmental, health and safety rules and regulations Ability and willingness to train and perform all job duties of this position with the goal of attaining all skillsets within the position. This includes new equipment and processes introduced by the Company Participate in the training of others as assigned Maintain excellent attendance Maintain the integrity of the required Quality/Inspection data and reporting it in an accurate manner Maintain all job documentation as required Housekeeping/cleaning of department Participation in continuous improvement initiatives Maintain utilization Abide by Plant Work Rules and Code of Conduct Immediately respond to production stoppages, i.e. down machine, lack of material, missing tools, etc. Maintain certifications and testing as required by the position
SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES
Break, chamfer or radius all part edges per customer requirements Identify surface imperfections and know the appropriate terminology and characteristic for different kinds of burrs Proficient use of deburr tools and machinery Proper part handling and preservation methods Identify deburr or finish requirements on drawings or customer prints Deburr part as specified in work order planning Material moving - ensuring product safety Other duties as assigned by supervisors and managers
Qualifications:
High School diploma Must be able to work any shift Ability to perform the physical aspects of the position Ability to carry out tasks without close supervision Ability to work together with others at all levels within the company Familiarity with deburr tools and machinery Knowledge in proper part handling and preservation methods 1-3 years' experience in deburring
Education/Experience:
High School Diploma Certificates and Licenses:
Participation in the FAA Anti-drug and alcohol Program to work on Safety Sensitive parts.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
None Language, Math, and Reasoning Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, drawings, procedure manuals, set-up sheets, blueprints, government regulations, and technical procedures. Ability to define problems and collect data, establishes facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to understand the speech of another person. Ability to speak clearly so listeners can understand.
Computer Skills:
Basic operating skills are required.

Factory manufacturing environment where the noise levels are moderate. Safety glasses and safety shoes are required.
