Summary Fido is looking for individuals with property management and/or inspection experience to help ensure properties are ready for guests to check in, perform occasional maintenance/cleaning tasks, and periodically greet guests upon arrival. We need inspectors who can start ASAP We are looking for candidates located in: Scott Depot, West Virginia Overview Fido is a leading property management service provider dedicated to simplifying the operational challenges faced by short-term rental operators. We offer a comprehensive suite of solutions, including trash management and thorough property inspections, ensuring properties remain clean, guest-ready, and hassle-free.

What You'll Do:

Conduct property inspections using a smartphone app, completing detailed forms, taking photos, and recording videos as instructed. Pick up keys and supplies from client offices and deliver them to properties. Set up lockboxes in designated locations following provided instructions and document the process with photos and videos. Cleaning of the Properties Perform maintenance tasks, including retrieving items from storage, delivering them to properties, repairing furniture, and ensuring units are ready for guests.

Internet-wait, Router Return, TV and Lockbox Set up

What We're Looking For:

Have a flexible schedule with reliable availability, particularly during high-volume periods at the beginning and end of each month. Understand the commitment required for a contractor role, showing up reliably when scheduled. Own a dependable vehicle with valid registration and insurance. Are comfortable using smartphone apps to document and report tasks. Have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Are physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs when needed.
