Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated hands on Landscape Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading crews to maintain and enhance outdoor spaces, including gardens, lawns, and trees. This role involves a variety of seasonal tasks such as gardening, lawn care as needed, snow plowing, irrigation, and tree care.Duties:
- Manage and lead landscaping crews to ensure quality, timely, and accurate work is performed
- Perform various landscaping tasks such as digging, planting, weeding, and mulching with crews
- Clear snow from walkways and driveways during winter months
- Have experience to operate and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants
- Utilize power tools and hand tools for landscaping projects
- Have knowledge in tree care including pruning, trimming, and removal when necessary
Qualifications:
- 5 years minimum experience in landscaping or related field
- Ability to operate power tools and hand tools effectively
- Knowledge of lawn care techniques and plant maintenance
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in and lead a crew This is a great opportunity for individuals passionate about outdoor maintenance and landscaping.
