We are seeking a full-time Property Manager to oversee our 119-site manufactured home community in Opelika, Alabama , conveniently located just minutes from I-85, Exit 60. What You'll Do Manage the day-to-day operations of the community. Lease homes and lots while following up with prospective residents. Process applications, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. Build positive relationships with residents and resolve concerns professionally. Collect rent and assist with delinquency and lease enforcement. Prepare notices and maintain accurate resident files. Coordinate maintenance requests, contractors, and community improvement projects. Conduct routine property inspections to maintain community standards and curb appeal. Organize resident events and promote community engagement. Work to increase occupancy, improve collections, and retain residents. Complete reports, submit receipts, and perform other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of property management experience required. Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities. Experience with leasing, collections, and resident relations preferred. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
