Supervises work to care for plants and trees, including mowing, trimming and planting, and work to repair driveways, walks, benches or other structures. Oversees equipment maintenance and transportation, and communicates with residential customers.

Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Foreman to join our team. As a Landscape Foreman, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces for residential and commercial properties. This is a hands-on position that requires knowledge of landscaping techniques and the ability to operate various power and hand tools.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform landscape maintenance and construction tasks
  • Install flowerbeds, aggregate base, edging features
  • Install hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls
  • Assist in the construction of landscape projects
  • Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Perform tree trimming and pruning as needed
  • Assist or install artificial turf as needed
Experience:
  • Previous experience in landscaping or related field required
  • Knowledge of landscaping techniques, including plant care, irrigation systems, and hardscape installation
  • Familiarity with operating power tools such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, skid steer, and chainsaws
  • Ability to use hand tools effectively for various landscaping tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift heavy objects
