In this role, you will oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of irrigation systems, ensuring optimal water efficiency and plant health across various landscaping projects. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold safety standards, and deliver exceptional results that enhance the beauty and sustainability of our outdoor spaces. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine technical expertise with strong supervisory skills in a fast-paced environment dedicated to horticulture excellence. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance activities across multiple sites Lead a team of landscape irrigators, ensuring high-quality work in irrigation Help create and monitor irrigation team schedules Conduct regular inspections of irrigation systems and landscape areas to identify issues and implement timely solutions Collaborate with project managers on construction projects related to landscaping and irrigation infrastructure Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations during all operations Provide training and mentorship to team members on irrigation techniques, horticultural practices, and safety procedures Requirements Proven experience supervising landscape irrigators Strong knowledge of irrigation technology, lawn care, tree care, and general horticulture practices Hands-on experience with construction processes related to outdoor projects and landscape installations Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively Familiarity with maintenance procedures for irrigation systems, turf management, and plant health care Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, vendors, and team members Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety standards Knowledge of 2 wire systems including Baseline, Hunter, Westhernatic, etc. Join us as an Irrigation Supervisor where your expertise will shape vibrant landscapes while leading a passionate team dedicated to excellence.
