Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscape Manager to lead our outdoor maintenance and landscaping operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and supervision of landscape projects, ensuring high-quality results that enhance the beauty and functionality of outdoor spaces. Your leadership will drive team performance, coordinate hardscaping construction projects, and maintain impeccable grounds using your expertise in horticulture, irrigation management, and grounds keeping. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the landscape industry, strong knowledge of plants and desert landscaping excellent management and communication skills, and the ability to work both in an office/management capacity and hands on in the field. This position requires someone who is comfortable communicating directly with clients leading landscape maintenance crews, inspecting properties, identifying landscape needs, and making knowledgeable recommendations for plants, cactus, irrigation , gravel, boulders, and other landscape improvements. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee daily landscape maintenance operations Supervise and manage landscaping crews to ensure efficient completion of lawn care, planting, pruning, and grounds maintenance tasks Coordinate irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to promote healthy plant growth and water efficiency Identify various plants, trees, shrubs, and groundcover to ensure proper care and landscape design adherence Operate groundskeeping equipment and company vehicles safely while maintaining all tools and machinery in excellent working condition Develop schedules for routine landscape maintenance activities and ensure timely execution of all tasks Lead team management efforts by training staff on safety procedures, equipment operation, and landscaping best practices Assist with estimates and proposals and project planning when needed Ensure crews have the proper equipment, materials, and instructions to complete their work Monitor crew productivity, workmanship, safety, and professionalism Train and coach employees as needed Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally Qualifications & Expierence Proven experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, or related outdoor work environments Supervising experience with a track record of leading teams effectively in outdoor settings Strong knowledge of horticulture principles, plant identification, groundskeeping techniques, and hardscape construction Skilled in irrigation management and operation of related systems for sustainable landscape care Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently; experience with grounds maintenance tools is essential Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members and manage crew schedules Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles; familiarity with hardscape construction projects is a plus Join us as a Landscape Manager to bring vibrant outdoor spaces to life! Pay:
