LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE CREW FOREMAN

($20/hr and up depending on experience)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND/OR REQUIREMENTS

The Landscape Maintenance Crew Foreman is a "hands on" working position that involves working side-by-side with the crew. This job is responsible for managing and working with a crew to complete assigned maintenance cleanup jobs while maintaining a high level of customer service and safe working conditions. Provides day-to-day leadership to the work crew. Ensures each employee is proficient in working with tools/ equipment, properly oriented, receives guidance, regular performance feedback, and any corrective direction. Effectively communicate with management providing updates and completion status of maintenance crew jobs. Has experience in Irrigation Maintenance. (Preferred but not required.) Maintains a clean and safe job site at all times. 6 months Landscaping Supervisor/Foreman experience Proficient in heavy equipment operating skills a plus. Some Knowledge of Sonoran Desert perennials, shrubs, evergreens, and trees. Able to work effectively with individuals of differing knowledge and backgrounds (i.e. clients, contractors, vendors, other designers)

Pay:

$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
