Job Description

Canyon Ranch is seeking an experienced Grounds Manager to lead our landscaping team and maintain the beauty and standards of our property.
What You'll Do:
Supervise, train, and schedule Grounds staff Oversee daily landscaping operations and projects Manage department budget, payroll, and supplies Ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards Support an exceptional guest experienceWhat We're Looking For:
3-5 years landscaping or related experience Leadership and team management skills; Supervises 6 or more (full time equivalent) colleagues Knowledge of irrigation, desert plants, and xeriscaping Strong organizational and communication skills Valid driver's license Why Canyon Ranch?
