Requirements:

Valid drivers license Clean driving record Minimum 2 years experience as a crew leader in the landscape industry Ability to work outdoors during extreme heat and/or cold weather Ability to speak/read/write in English Physically able to perform job tasks Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Expectations:

Comply with company policies and procedures and safety requirements Read and follow all company work materials, lists, and guidelines Customer service and interacting with clients on the job site as needed Work effectively with team members of different abilities and skill levels Use all tools, equipment, and machinery properly and safely Maintain a clean and safe work environment when on a job site Able to communicate in English Punctual, courteous, reliable, and responsible
