In this role, you will supervise a team of crew members, coordinate with clients and project managers, and ensure that all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to specification. Your expertise in horticulture, landscape construction, irrigation management, and team leadership will be essential in delivering beautiful, functional outdoor spaces that exceed client expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your outdoor work experience and construction skills while managing dynamic projects across various sites. Responsibilities Lead and supervise landscaping crews on multiple construction projects, ensuring timely completion of tasks such as planting, lawn care, hardscape installation, and grounds maintenance. Experience Proven supervising experience in landscape maintenance or construction environments. Extensive outdoor work experience with knowledge of lawn care, gardening, tree care, hardscape installation, and grounds upkeep. Strong understanding of irrigation systems management and troubleshooting. Familiarity with landscape equipment operation including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and ground maintenance tools. Knowledge of horticulture principles including plant identification and sustainable landscaping practices. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced outdoor setting.
