Job Description

Morales Gardening is seeking an experienced and dependable Landscape Maintenance Foreman to lead a maintenance crew while ensuring high-quality landscape services for residential, commercial, and HOA properties. This position is responsible for driving the company vehicle, supervising crew members, maintaining productivity, and ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. Responsibilities Safely drive and operate company vehicles and trailers to and from job sites. Lead, supervise, and train a landscape maintenance crew. Ensure all scheduled properties are completed on time and meet company quality standards. Perform mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, blowing, weed control, irrigation inspections, and general landscape maintenance. Identify irrigation issues and report or perform minor repairs as needed. Communicate daily with management regarding job progress, customer concerns, equipment needs, and crew performance. Maintain a safe and organized job site at all times. Conduct daily inspections of company vehicles, trailers, and equipment. Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and secured. Assist with planting, landscape improvements, and special projects when needed. Provide excellent customer service while representing Morales Gardening professionally. Qualifications Minimum of 2-3 years of landscape maintenance experience. Previous crew leadership or foreman experience preferred. Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record (required). Comfortable driving company trucks and trailers. Reliable transportation to and from work. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work outdoors. Ability to work independently, solve problems, and make sound decisions in the field. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
Pay:
$21.50 - $25.00 per hour
