About the Role Storage Outlet is looking for a dependable and customer-focused Co-Property Manager to help oversee daily operations at our Gardena facility. This is an active hands-on role —not a desk-only position, combining customer service, sales, and facility upkeep. If you enjoy staying busy, helping people, and taking ownership of your work—this is a great fit. What You'll Do Help manage daily operations alongside your Co-Property Manager Rent units, sell insurance, and assist customers with storage needs Handle payments, balances, and collections Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility Perform light cleaning and occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs) Provide a positive, professional customer experience What We're Looking For 2+ years of customer service or sales experience Strong communication and basic computer skills Reliable transportation + valid driver's license Comfortable working weekends Self-starter with strong attention to detail Why Join Storage Outlet?
