  • $23 an hour 14 hours ago Qualifications Spanish Customer communication Staff supervision Landscape maintenance Team supervision English Driver's License Vendor communication Leading team collaboration initiatives Irrigation system repair projects Managing grounds maintenance teams General management Full Job Description The Field Forman is responsible for managing landscape maintenance crews, and ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards.
This position serves as a key liaison between field staff, clients, and management, with a strong focus on quality control, customer satisfaction, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support field crews to ensure work is completed according to company standards and client expectations. Conduct regular property inspections . Maintain positive field relationships through effective communication, prompt follow-up, and professional problem-solving. Identify landscape, irrigation, and enhancement opportunities and communicate recommendations to management. Train, mentor, and evaluate crew members on safety, productivity, and quality standards. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and OSHA regulations. Assist with service requests, emergency calls, and operational issues as needed. Complete inspection reports, field notes, and other required documentation accurately and on time.
Qualifications:
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written communication). Minimum 3 years of landscape maintenance or related field supervision experience. Ability to effectively communicate with property managers, board members, vendors, and team members. Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, irrigation systems, and plant material. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing multiple crews and properties. Knowledge of irrigation troubleshooting and water management. Experience with HOA, commercial, and multifamily communities.
