What they do
A Landscaping or Grounds Supervisor supervises the staff that provide landscaping for residences, parks, public gardens, college campuses or building or office park grounds. Supervises work to care for plants and trees, including mowing, trimming and planting, and work to repair driveways, walks, benches or other structures. Oversees equipment maintenance and transportation, and communicates with residential customers.

Job Description
PAY:
- Starting at $21/hr for installers
- Up to $30/hr for experienced crew leads / supervisors
- Additional pay for boom lift / aerial lift certification
- Roofing or exterior installation strongly recommended
SEASON DATES
- end of September, 2026
- January, 2027 (with additional dates throughout)
- Monday
- Saturday, part time, and full time
- No experience with holiday lighting required — we train
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Install roofline lighting, café lights, and event displays
- Work on residential homes and commercial properties
- Operate ladders and aerial lifts (certification a plus)
- Work alongside the owner — small team, real accountability, real pay

- Reliable — on time, every day
- Comfortable working at height
- Roofing, construction, or landscaping background preferred
- Boom lift / aerial lift certification = additional pay
- Professional and respectful on client property
- Holiday lighting experience a plus but not required Strong performers are invited back every season.
Pay:
$25.00- $30.
