About Us We're a locally owned and growing landscape company known for reliable service, high-quality workmanship, and a great team culture. We take pride in maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces for residential and commercial clients throughout the year — from spring cleanups to winter snow removal. Position Overview We're looking for a Landscape Foreman to lead a small crew in daily field operations. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience who enjoys working outdoors, leading by example, and taking ownership of results. Ideally you would have previous experience with all things landscape (mowing, aeration, irrigation, patios, leaf cleanup, gutters, etc.) Key Responsibilities Lead a crew of 2-4 team members on landscape maintenance and cleanup projects Perform and oversee leaf cleanups, mowing, edging, trimming, mulching, and seasonal maintenance Operate equipment such as mowers, blowers, skid steers, and trucks with trailers Coordinate daily schedules, job materials, and crew assignments Communicate clearly and professionally with both customers and managers to ensure expectations are met Ensure work quality meets company standards and client satisfaction Perform snow removal operations in winter (plowing, shoveling, salting) Assist with landscape installation projects as needed (planting, grading, hardscape prep, etc.) Promote safety, teamwork, and efficiency on every job site Qualifications 2+ years of professional landscaping or grounds maintenance experience (lead or foreman experience preferred) Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to operate commercial landscape equipment Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision Strong communication and customer service skills Physical ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Snow removal experience is a plus (training available) Irrigation experience is a plus (training available) What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Year-round employment opportunities Overtime during peak seasons Growth potential within a stable, respected local company Supportive team environment with strong emphasis on safety and quality Potential benefits starting Spring 2026 (after slow winter season)
