In this vital role, you will oversee the daily operations of landscaping crews, ensuring high-quality work while maintaining safety standards. Your expertise will drive the successful completion of landscape construction, maintenance, and horticultural tasks, inspiring your team to deliver exceptional results. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a passion for creating stunning outdoor spaces, this opportunity is perfect for you! Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance activities including lawn care, pruning, planting, and irrigation system installation and repair Lead landscaping projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely completion within budget and specifications Oversee tree care operations such as trimming, removal, and health assessments to promote healthy growth Manage construction tasks related to landscape installation, including hardscaping and softscaping elements Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to horticultural standards and safety protocols Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring proper operation and timely repairs for optimal productivity Skills Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, and horticulture practices Strong supervising experience with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively Knowledge of lawn care techniques, irrigation systems, tree care, gardening, and general landscape construction Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members Familiarity with landscape machinery and maintenance equipment Ability to assess project needs accurately and plan accordingly Effective communication skills for coordinating with clients, team members, and vendors Join us in transforming outdoor spaces into vibrant landscapes that inspire!
