Position Overview We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Branch Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of branch operations, team performance, and financial success. This role is responsible for driving sustainable growth by achieving projected revenue and profitability goals while empowering and developing high-performing teams. The Branch Manager works closely with operations, sales, and administrative teams to ensure alignment across all functions of the business. This leader is accountable for financial planning, operational execution, client satisfaction, and team development while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. This role requires a principled and collaborative leader who communicates effectively, takes ownership of results, and leads with integrity. The ideal candidate is highly organized, financially minded, and adaptable. Capable of balancing daily operational demands with long-term strategic planning while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Develop and manage branch financial plans, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking to achieve revenue, profitability, and customer retention goals. Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficient execution across sales, production, customer service, fleet, and administrative functions. Lead, support, and hold accountable branch teams by providing clear direction, coaching, and performance management to drive engagement and results. Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing employees through effective hiring, training, and ongoing development. Ensure service quality, safety standards, and regulatory compliance are consistently met or exceeded across all operations. Build and maintain strong client relationships by proactively addressing needs, resolving concerns, and supporting long-term partnerships. Identify and mitigate operational and financial risks to ensure stability, safety, and business continuity. Implement company initiatives, process improvements, and strategic programs at the branch level to align with organizational goals. Maintain strong communication and collaboration across departments to ensure alignment and operational efficiency. Uphold company policies, procedures, and professional standards while modeling accountability, respect, and ethical leadership. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in landscape operations, management, or a related leadership role preferred. Proven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and manage multiple functional areas within a branch or division. Strong financial and business acumen, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, job costing, and profitability management. Demonstrated leadership qualities including accountability, effective communication, collaboration, and results-driven performance. Ability to think strategically while executing day-to-day operational responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Aspire landscape software or similar job management systems strongly preferred. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a high level of attention to detail. Commitment to safety, compliance, and maintaining professional workplace standards. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
