A Landscaping or Grounds Supervisor supervises the staff that provide landscaping for residences, parks, public gardens, college campuses or building or office park grounds. Supervises work to care for plants and trees, including mowing, trimming and planting, and work to repair driveways, walks, benches or other structures. Oversees equipment maintenance and transportation, and communicates with residential customers.

Build projects you'll actually be proud of. MountainCraft Landscape Design isn't a maintenance company. We design and build custom outdoor living spaces, retaining walls, natural stone work, paver patios, water features, lighting systems, grading, drainage, irrigation, outdoor structures, and complete landscape transformations. We're looking for someone who enjoys building things the right way—not just getting through another day. What You'll Do You'll work directly with the owner to build high-end residential landscape projects. You'll help install: Natural stone patios Paver patios Turf Boulder retaining walls Concrete retaining walls Irrigation systems Drainage systems Landscape lighting Planting Water features and ponds Outdoor living spaces No two projects are the same.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Has several years of landscape construction experience Can read plans and think ahead Shows up every day Takes pride in craftsmanship Can operate skid steers and mini excavators (or is willing to learn) Can lead by example Treats customers respectfully Doesn't cut corners Wants to build beautiful projects instead of production landscaping Leadership experience is a plus but not required for the right installer.
