A Landscaping or Grounds Supervisor supervises the staff that provide landscaping for residences, parks, public gardens, college campuses or building or office park grounds. Supervises work to care for plants and trees, including mowing, trimming and planting, and work to repair driveways, walks, benches or other structures. Oversees equipment maintenance and transportation, and communicates with residential customers.

Hourly wage of $18- $24 per hour.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in the landscape industry. Be able to listen and take direction to get jobs completed in a timely manner.
- Clean background and valid driver's license.
- Be able to pass a DOT physical so can obtain a medical card required to drive our trucks before employment.
- Ability to drive our trucks all under CDL
- Must be comfortable using technology (Iphones and Ipads with apps) to enter data for our paperless system for work orders and time keeping. Job duties may consist of but are not limited to:
- Taking direction well and work with the Supervisor and all team members to achieve set goals.
- Having Integrity and good communication skills with owner & team members.
- Working in all weather conditions both warm and cold/snow/rain.
- Doing the actual physical work, ability to lift 50lbs, MUST
BE COMFORTABLE ON LADDERS
for holiday lighting portion of our business. CAN NOT be afraid of heights.- Hours are typically 7am-5:30pm 4 days a week with the option for overtime.
